Working out in this heat?

You know your body best, so be careful out in this heat. It’s advised that everyone stay in where it’s cool and drink plenty of fluids to replace the fluid you lose as well as keep you cool.

 

If you do work out, make sure to wear proper clothing and stay hyrdated. Time your workouts as well; avoid being outside at noon where the UV index is usually the highest and it’s hot.
