Turkey Bagel Sandwich

1 multigrain bagel, split horizontally
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 slice Provolone
3 ounces deli-sliced turkey
1/4 cup to 1/2 cup sprouts (recommended: clover-onion mix)
2 to 3 slices avocado
Open your bagel, and spread on the mayo.
Place a slice of Provolone on the bottom half. (It will keep everything from falling through the hole.)
Layer on the turkey, tomato, sprouts and avocado.
Place the remaining half of the bagel on top. Dig in!
