Update Your Thanksgiving

The holiday season is full of family, friends and food. During Thanksgiving there is a full spread of delicious food and it is easy to fill your plate with delectable dishes. Unfortunately these tasty treats can pack a punch. On average the typical Thanksgiving meal contains over 3000 calories! This is a staggering number, but there are a few substitutions that you can make to your Thanksgiving cooking to make it healthier by cutting fat, calories, sodium, etc.
