Daily Activity from the CDC
Children and adolescents should do 60 minutes (1 hour) or more of physical activity each day
Aerobic activity should be the majority of your child’s activity. If not vigorous, then moderate, but be sure to include vigorous-intensity aerobic activity on at least 3 days per week.
Muscle Strength and Bone Strength
Push ups or other muscle building activities should be done at least 3 days per week. Check out examples here!
